With more than 15 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, Dr. Hans brings deep expertise in human behavior, relationships, resilience, and personal transformation. Her professional background also includes serving as a CPA at a Big 5 accounting firm, conducting research that influenced Fortune 500 policy, and teaching business classes at the university level. These experiences gave her a rare ability to bridge psychology, leadership, business, and human development.
Dr. Hans earned a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Ethical & Creative Leadership, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and receiving a Sussman Doctoral Award nomination for socially significant work. She also holds master’s degrees in Social Work and Business Administration and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s in Business Administration.
Drawing from a diverse background in psychology, leadership, business, and human development, Dr. Hans integrates evidence-based practices and analytical rigor with creative and contemplative approaches to growth and transformation.
