Dr. Heather Hans is a human behavior and performance expert who draws on modern research and ancient wisdom in psychology, wellness, leadership, and purpose. She integrates analytical rigor with contemplative and creative insight to translate complex ideas into practical frameworks for people to achieve more of their potential. Through her research, writing, speaking, and media, Dr. Hans helps individuals and organizations navigate change, expand capability, and create meaningful impact. 

Dr. Hans has appeared over 140 times on television news shows, including FOX5 New York, 9NEWS Denver, and Boston 25, and featured on numerous radio shows and podcasts. Her work has been highlighted in ForbesFast Company, PopSugar and many other publications. Klear ranked her among the top 1% of social media influencers from 2016 to 2018. She has delivered keynote presentations throughout the United States, created an internet show, and authored two transformational books and an anxiety e-course. Her current project, Raining Diamonds, is a podcast about achieving human potential in both material and spiritual dimensions.

With more than 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker, Dr. Hans brings deep expertise in human behavior, resilience, and transformation. Her professional background also includes serving as a CPA in public and private sectors and as a university business professor for over a decade combined. She has maintained a self-employed practice across different fields for over 20 years, during which she has led staff and contractors. These experiences gave her a rare ability to bridge psychology, leadership, business, and human development. 

Dr. Hans earned a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Ethical & Creative Leadership, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and receiving a Sussman Doctoral Award nomination for socially significant work. She also holds master’s degrees in Social Work and Business Administration and graduated cum laude from University of Miami with a bachelor’s in Business Administration. 

Integrating scientific research with ancient wisdom, Dr. Hans has training and certifications in clinical anxiety treatment, attachment theory and patterns of human relationships, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, visualization techniques, improvisation principles, intuitive coaching, and holistic healing modalities. She also brings decades of study in spiritual and esoteric traditions. 

Beyond her professional work, Dr. Hans is an award-winning ultra-marathon runner, proud Jew, and mother of a resilient, courageous, and compassionate university presidential scholar.
