Dr. Hans’ psychodynamic clinical foundation is rooted in attachment theory, and she is certified in anxiety treatment. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and a holistic approach to help clients achieve whole person wellbeing. She has worked with adults, children, couples, and families, and she specializes in women’s anxiety.
